Consultation, creation, and revision of employment regulations and other rules
The creation of work rules and the submission to the Labor Standards Inspection Office is mandatory for companies with 10 or more employees. Establishing work rules clarify the regulations that both the company and its employees must adhere to. For companies in particular, work rules also serve to protect the business.
